Terms & Conditions – Participation & Liability. All sessions are non-refundable. In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities conducted by the Organisation, I acknowledge and agree to the following: a) I voluntarily assume all risks arising out of, associated with, or related to my participation. b) I accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that I may sustain while participating. c) I release and hold harmless the Organisation from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or costs that may arise from my participation, whether caused directly or indirectly during the course of the activities. By proceeding with the booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
